Welcome to me

I am an artist, a musician, a chef, an outdoor enthusiast, and a lover of all art forms and medias.

Born and raised in Kansas City, MO I have always been pulled towards nature. It is where my creativity begins. Walking around barefoot somewhere beautiful is not only grounding but inspiring. In 2019 I moved to Crested Butte, CO to experience the beautiful rocky mountains and try to capture them in my paintings. I am endlessly mesmerized by my surroundings and am always looking to explore.

About my style

My pixelated skies started as an abstract metaphor for our technological existence. From there I started to form a style that, for the most part, focuses on the contrast between geometric abstraction and flowing airy landscapes.

My newest joy has become making jewelry so expect to see some new earrings, necklaces and more coming soon!

I am always looking for new ideas and practicing new techniques which means my style and subject constantly changes, which in my opinion is the best part about art.

Art therapy

There is endless mindfulness that goes into creating art. One of my favorite things about painting is the ability to block out the rest of the world and disappear into whatever you’re creating. Painting is a meditation and has been a true medicine for myself, so I hope I can help others use art to help themselves as well!

After years and years of self-doubt and switching directions constantly with what I wanted to do with my life, I decided to pour myself into art and design. I hope to play more gigs as a musician, teach little art classes, become a part-time vendor for art markets and such, and just generally go where the wind takes me.

So here I am, studying online, working full-time as a cook, making art by hand 2-6 hours a day, and praying that AI and mass production doesn’t take all of my business.

Thanks so much for reading!

Have a lovely day!
